How Often Are Reports Released?

The first data report you will receive is after your first ever class with us (effective Aug 19th 2024).

Data reports are then released on the 2nd of every month, summarising your child's minisport sessions for the previous month (regardless of how many sessions the student has attended). Reports cover sessions delivered through both classes and camps taken place during the previous month. For instance, your child has participated in four weekly sessions and three camp sessions within a month, they would receive a seven session report that combines both of these in one place.

Detailed Reports

In addition to regular reports, detailed reports are provided after every 24 sessions. These reports contain a written passage from the coach who has interacted with the child throughout this period. Each detailed report comprises a minimum of 150 words per category, covering the following aspects:

1) Levels Of Enjoyment During Class

A description of the child's enjoyment levels throughout the sessions.

2) Areas Of High Capability
Identification of the child's particular strengths and areas in which they excel.

3) Areas For Improvement

Highlighting specific areas where the child can further develop and improve.

Report Creation Process

Our coaching team diligently prepares reports after each session. Coaches document the skills covered in skall (i.e. dribbling, shooting, running, jumping) during these sessions and provide ratings for your child  based on five criteria, listed below:

1. Performance

2. Confidence

3. Interest Levels

4. Enjoyment

5. Ability to Follow Instructions

For a more detailed explanation of what these criteria entail for each age group, please refer to the information provided, by age group, at the foot of this article.
