Coach Dan

Coaching Style

"For me, enjoyable and successful coaching sessions firstly require patience, positivity and support. A good coach is someone that can pass on the experience, skills & qualities that they have learnt themselves from others.I have always believed in developing strong coach/student relationships and in coaching the person first, not the player. During my time with Minisport, this approach has given me a great foundation on which to consistently develop the skills of my students.I highly value the importance of building strong fundamental ball skills in children during their early years. These skills are not only transferable to every sport, but in fact essential to every sport.

Having participated in football teams throughout my whole life, I have experienced the great significance of sportsmanship and teamwork first in sport and also trying to instil this attitude in each of my students."
