Playgroup
We have spent over a decade creating and developing our early years coaching program so that children in Hong Kong are given the best possible introduction to multiple sports through one program.
The Minisport program builds fundamental ball skills, locomotive skills and also focuses on one sport each week (football, basketball, rugby, tennis, athletics, hockey). The new program will come into effect on August 2023.
Led by our experienced and fun-loving team of early childhood educators, Minisport is the perfect starting point for children in their early sporting years.

Playgroup
Weekly, 50 minute classes.
Children aged 1.5-6yrs rotate between our 6 sports each week:
- Football
- Basketball
- Rugby
- Tennis
- Athletics
- Hockey

Mini-Tots
Held during school holidays, camps are jam-packed with multiple sports & a tonne of fun party games to keep the kids moving all week long.
Camps can be enrolled to via drop-ins or on a week-by-week basis (with greater discounts when you opt for the latter option).

Level 1
Create lasting memories with your child & their friends. Perfect for a variety of occasions, incluidng:
- Birthday parties
- Farewell parties
- Festive parties (Halloween, Christmas, Easter, etc)
